each form will be in a dropdown menu format to keep responses organized, it will look like this:
the results will be converted to a google sheet containing a time-stamp and your responses, which i will use to determine sorting :)
i would recommend having your member ranking list prepared before filling out the form ! you can see the photocard previews by album version or member here:
there will also be a section asking you to rank your preference for the pob bookmark ! there are three options and they are based on the same designs as the albums: fallen misfit lost (green), faded mono life (pink), and fight for my life (grey)
you can fill out the form on your phone, tablet, or computer ! whichever you find easiest to navigate :)
